In accordance with the provisions of Section 79 of the North Rhine-Westphalian Government, the budget includes all revenue expected to be incurred in the financial year for the performance of the municipality’s duties and incoming payments, expenses incurred and disbursements to be made, as well as the necessary commitment appropriations.
