J-Innovation Capability is an assessment resource for evaluating enterprises' innovation capabilities. It accepts an enterprise's name and Unified Social Credit Code as inputs, and outputs the enterprise's innovation capability indicators across aspects including intellectual property, qualification certifications, and qualification certification for tech-based enterprises, among others. It is applicable to scenarios such as technical cooperation and partner selection, technical investment and merger and acquisition decision-making, evaluation of the implementation of government science and technology policies, as well as innovation capability enhancement and management.
