The code of core genes was screened by machine learning

RNA-Seq data of human colon cancer samples in TCGA database were used to further screen the core genes of PCDD/ FS-induced colon cancer.A total of 220 genes related to PCDD/ FS-induced colon cancer were screened by network toxicology.本研究采用癌症基因组图谱（TCGA）数据库中人类结肠癌样本的RNA测序（RNA-Seq）数据，对PCDD/FS诱导的结肠癌核心基因进行进一步筛选。通过网络毒理学分析，最终共筛选得到220个与PCDD/FS诱导结肠癌相关的基因。
