Soil and electromagnetic induction surveys in the Vega Baja del Segura and Baix Vinalopó in 2006 and 2010

Data about two soil surveys carried out in the agricultural irrigated area of the Vega Baja del Segura and Baix Vinalopó (SE Spain) in the early-to-mid summer 2006 and late autumn 2010. They comprise fifty-six sites with soil data at different regular depths on electrical conductivity at 25 ºC in the saturation extract (σe), water content (θw), clay content (wc) and organic matter content (wom) in the table 'ECe_SWC_clay_OM', bulk density (ρb) in table 'Bulk_density', temperature in the table 'Temperature' and EM38 electromagnetic induction measurements at different regular heights over the ground in the horizontal (σb(H)*) and vertical (σb(V)*) coplanar dipole orientations in the table 'EMI_measurements'.
