IS045 reproducibility package: provenance-locked OpenAlex AI-diffusion census and cursor-sampling-bias audit

This record contains the reproducibility package for the manuscript “Measuring AI Research Diffusion Under Cursor-Based API Sampling Bias: A Reproducible, Provenance-Locked OpenAlex Census of Peru and Latin America (2015–2025).” The package includes SHA-256 provenance records, derived country-year panel and census tables, network artifacts, model outputs, figures, proxy counts, and documentation needed to reproduce the reported indicators.
