GabiPD

Plant data from different ‘omics’ fronts representing more than 10 different model or crop species are integrated in GabiPD.

GABI，即“植物生物系统中基因组分析”的缩写，是一个庞大的合作型网络，汇集了多种植物基因组学研究项目。GabiPD 集成了来自超过 10 种模型或作物物种的多个‘组学’领域的植物数据。
