Transcriptome analysis of fresh Lentinus edodes in different storage methods

To investigate the intrinsic mechanism of flavor changes in Lentinus edodes, the differences in gene expression of enzymes related to the regulation of flavor synthesis at the beginning and end of storage were also analyzed using transcriptomics.
