资源简介:
This dataset corresponds to the paper titled 'Development and in vivo imaging follow-up of laser-induced acute and chronic retinal vein occlusion mouse models' by Xiaowei Xu, Xun Li, Qingqing Tang, Yi Zhang, Li Zhang, and Meixia Zhang, with Prof. Meixia Zhang (zhangmeixia@scu.edu.cn) as the corresponding author.
Representative images from the Retinopathy in 80mW, 100mW, and 120mW folder were depicted in Fig3. All aforementioned results were consolidated in the spreadsheet ‘Retinopathy in 80mW, 100mW, and 120mW.xlsx’, corresponding to Table 1 in the manuscript.
The Acute RVO model folder presented all the follow-up images obtained from scanning laser ophthalmoscopy of the acute RVO mouse model, with representative ones comprising Fig4.
The spreadsheet 'Retinal layer thickness for venous occlusion and recanalization.xlsx' quantitatively recorded the optical coherence tomography follow-up results in the acute RVO mouse model. Statistical analysis was then conducted based on these data, and the results were plotted in Fig6.
The spreadsheet 'Retinal layer thickness for occlusion and recanlization.xlsx' organized the retinal layer thickness at each follow-up time point for venous occlusion and recanalization, with the statistical analysis results presented in S2 Table.
The Chronic RVO model Folder displayed the progression in fundus fluorescein angiography and scanning laser ophthalmoscopy imaging of all chronic RVO mouse models. Representative results were depicted in Fig7.
