C57BL 6j male mice aged 7 weeks were selected and divided into 4 groups, CONT group, EFAE group, ETEC group and EFET group after 3 days of adaptation. From day 1 to day 14, CONT group and ETEC group were intragastric with 0.1ml sterilized BHI medium every day. EFAE group and EFET group were given 0.1ml 108 CFU ml Enterococcus faecalis solution every day. On the 15th to 17th day of the experiment, 0.1ml 1010 ETEC was intragastric, and 24h later, the mice were killed by neck breaking method.
