Meningeal immunity is critical to appropriate CNS function. Here we perform single cell RNA-sequencing to investigate how brain and meningeal stromal populations regulate immune trafficking and retention in young and old mice. Single cell supspensions were prepared from the meninges of 3 and 22 month old mice. Single, live (Aqua-), CD45+, CD19-, F4/80-, NK1.1- TCRb+ T cells were FACS sorted using a BD Influx system. Each sample consists of T cells pooled from 4 individual mice.
