This is the histopathological image of BONES, JOINTS AND ARTICULAR CARTILAGE OF LIMBS tissue sample obtained in Medical University Gdańsk and deposited in ZMDL-GUMED. In addition, numerous osteoclast multinuclear cells, hemosiderin deposits, bone formation features and single osteoid foci are visible.
The morphological picture may correspond to the solid form of an aneurysmal bone cyst.
However, an intraosseous well differentiated osteosarcoma cannot be completely ruled out.
