Booking of places in crèches for the GHT Lorraine Nord

This is a service contract for the reservation of crèche places for the GHT Lorraine Nord.
It consists of three lots distributed as follows: -Lot 1 CHR - METZ Sites
-Lot 2 CHR - Sites of THIONVILLE and HAYANGE
-Lot 3 CH de JURY

The duration of the contract is concluded as from its notification, i.e. on 15/01/2024 for a period of one year renewable three times a year. It will end on 14/01/2028.

The procedure used is that of the European open invitation to tender, resulting in a framework agreement with multi-awarded purchase orders pursuant to Articles R.2124-1, R.2124-2, R.2161-1 et seq. of the public procurement codes. Any order will be executed until its term provided that this order was issued before the expiry of the contract.
The maximum number of holders per lot is 5.

The maximum amount of the contract shall be twice the amount calculated on the basis of the estimated quantities set out in the tender specifications.
