该项目针对我国木材资源短缺和资源综合利用的需要,在国家自然科学基金和国家林业局“948”项目的支持下,经过连续8年的产学研联合攻关,开发出结构型木塑复合新材料,形成了3项核心技术,获得3项国家发明专利并获6项实用新型专利授权。在户外用结构材和建筑装饰材两大应用领域开发出十大类五十余种新型环保产品。 采用高分子界面化学理论和塑料填充改性技术,将木粉经特殊工艺处理后,配以一定比例的塑料,通过挤出加工成型的一种可循环利用的多用途新型环保材料。本项目核心技术之一是建立了木材界面与塑料界面之间的相容体系,使木材与塑料之间形成具有良好复合性能的界面层 另一核心技术是发明了木粉含量可达到60%以上与聚丙烯(PP)挤出成型技术工艺和有机纤维预应力增强的木塑材料制造技术,利用高分子融合技术和纤维增韧技术提高了木塑复合材料的抗冲击性能 并开发出多项功能性系列产品。 本项技术2006年获国家林业局重点科技项目成果认定[林科验字(2006)40号],由本项目技术平台进行的《木塑复合外挂保温墙板的研制与开发》项目,获青岛市科技局科技成果【鉴字(2007)第053号】,同时获青岛市科技局高新技术产品认定【青科高字(2007)10号】。 该项目技术已成功实现产业化生产,并在青岛华盛高新科技发展有限公司实现了年产7000吨,产值达1-1.2亿元的规模化生产。产品已用于北京奥运场馆、上海世博会、建设部青岛经济适用房示范小区建设等工程中,并出口日本、澳大利亚等国,市场反应良好。本技术具有原料资源化、使用环保化、成本经济化、回收再生化等特点。充分体现了资源利用、健康环保、节约替代、循环经济等一系列的先进理念。采取以企业为主体,以市场为导向,产学研相结合的模式进行推广、示范,以引导我国木材加工工业向高技术含量、高增值的新型材料及产品发展,提升木材工业技术的生产力,达到资源保护和改善生态环境的目的。
Aiming at the shortage of wood resources and the demand for comprehensive resource utilization in China, this project developed a novel structural wood-plastic composite material after 8 consecutive years of industry-university-research collaborative research, supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the "948" Program of the former State Forestry Administration (now National Forestry and Grassland Administration). The project has established 3 core technologies, secured 3 national invention patents and 6 utility model patents. Over 50 novel eco-friendly products under 10 categories have been developed for two major application scenarios: outdoor structural materials and architectural decoration materials.
This material is a recyclable, multi-purpose novel eco-friendly material prepared by treating wood flour via special processes, blending it with a certain proportion of plastics, and then performing extrusion molding, based on polymer interfacial chemistry theory and plastic filling modification technology. One of the core technologies of this project is establishing a compatibility system between wood and plastic interfaces, forming an interfacial layer with excellent composite performance between wood and plastics. Another core technology is the invention of extrusion molding technology for polypropylene (PP)-based wood-plastic composites with wood flour content exceeding 60%, as well as the manufacturing technology of wood-plastic materials reinforced by organic fiber prestressing. Polymer fusion technology and fiber toughening technology are adopted to improve the impact resistance of wood-plastic composites, and multiple functional serial products have been developed.
This technology was awarded the achievement certification of key scientific and technological projects by the National Forestry and Grassland Administration in 2006 (Document No. Linkeyanzi (2006) No. 40). The project *Development and Research of Wood-Plastic Composite External Wall Insulation Panels* carried out on the technical platform of this project obtained scientific and technological achievement certification from Qingdao Science and Technology Bureau (Jianzi (2007) No. 053), and was simultaneously recognized as a high-tech product by Qingdao Science and Technology Bureau (Qingkegaozi (2007) No. 10).
The technology of this project has been successfully industrialized, with a scaled production capacity of 7000 tons per year and an output value of 100 to 120 million yuan realized at Qingdao Huasheng High-tech Development Co., Ltd. The products have been applied to key projects including Beijing Olympic venues, Shanghai World Expo, and the construction of affordable housing demonstration communities in Qingdao under the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and exported to Japan, Australia and other countries, with favorable market feedback. This technology features raw material recycling, environmentally friendly application, cost-effectiveness and recyclability, which fully embodies a series of advanced concepts such as resource utilization, health and environmental protection, conservation and substitution, and circular economy. Adopting an enterprise-led, market-oriented, industry-university-research combined model for promotion and demonstration, this project aims to guide China's wood processing industry towards high-tech, high-value-added novel materials and products, enhance the productivity of the wood industry, and achieve the goals of resource conservation and ecological environment improvement.
