This dataset contains benthic ciliate species diversity data collected in the Yellow Sea during the 15-28 June 2007. The marine benthic ciliates were analyzed following the newly developed Ludox-QPS method. Supplementary environmental data are included for the beginning of each survey period.本数据集收录了2007年6月15日至28日期间于黄海采集的底栖纤毛虫（benthic ciliate）物种多样性数据。研究团队采用最新研发的Ludox-QPS方法对该海域的海洋底栖纤毛虫进行了分析。数据集同时包含各调查周期起始阶段的补充环境数据。
