Data and analysis for the article "Pathogenicity of Alternaria alternata isolates on Nova mandarin leaves and Cross-Pathogenicity with carob isolates." This study investigated the in vitro aggressiveness and host range of previously isolated strains of Alternaria alternata causing brown spots in Carob and three varieties of Mandarin (Clemenvilla, Fortune, and Murta) using Koch's postulate.
