A polyhedral structure controls programmable self-assembly

This data contains images related to a publication on the underlying structure of self-assembly containing experimental assemblies of DNA-origami particles (https://arxiv.org/abs/2501.16107).  In this work, we predict the absolute and relative yields of assemblies with multifarious interactions and validate them with experiments.

We provide TEM images associated with experimental data for Figures 1d and 4. Each experiment contains a set of images in a ZIP file and has an associated XLSX file with our counts of assembled structures in each image. For Figure 1d, the images are in the ZIP file called “Fig1d-ClusterTEMImages” and the counts of structures are in “Fig1d-ClusterExperiment-data.xlsx”. For Figure 4, the images are in the ZIP file “Fig4-RingTEMImages” and the counts of structures are in “Fig4-RingExperiment.xlsx”.
