Insect abundance at Olive-sided Flycatcher nest sites in boreal Alaska, 2016

Ordinal abundance of insects at Olive-sided Flycatcher nest sites in boreal Alaska. We collected insects at 22 nest sites near Fairbanks, Alaska, and the Tetlin Wildlife Refuge, Alaska. We deployed four trap types: canopy Malaise traps, blue vane traps, yellow vane traps, and chemically-baited wasp traps. Specimens < 3mm were excluded. All specimens were archived in the University ofAlaska Museum Insect Collection.

阿拉斯加寒温带泰加林带内橄榄胁霸鹟（Olive-sided Flycatcher）巢址的昆虫有序丰度。本研究于阿拉斯加费尔班克斯周边及泰特林野生动物保护区的22处巢址采集昆虫样本，共布设4类诱捕装置：树冠层马氏诱捕器（Malaise traps）、蓝色板式诱捕器（blue vane traps）、黄色板式诱捕器（yellow vane traps）以及化学诱饵胡蜂诱捕器（chemically-baited wasp traps）。体长小于3毫米的标本被排除。所有采集到的标本均存档于阿拉斯加大学博物馆昆虫标本馆。
