Career Structure of Technical College Graduates, 1969 and 1971

Occupation(s): reasons for leaving; satisfaction of expectations; reasons for remaining in job; future plans; salary expectation in five years. Attitude to: career choice; qualifications; promotion prospects.<br>
Questions asked in second stage only:<br>
Occupation(s): intention to remain; total number of jobs held since leaving college. Evaluation of usefulness of degree/HND.<br>
