It is the first study to compare LDL-C level calculated by Friedewald formula with that measured by the direct method in Chinese patients with CHD in both fasting and non-fasting state (after a Chinese daily breakfast). The present study showed Friedewald equation tended to underestimate LDL-C level (directly measured) in non-fasting state.本研究为首个针对中国冠心病（Coronary Heart Disease，CHD）患者，分别在空腹状态与中国常规早餐后的非空腹状态下，对比弗雷沃尔德公式（Friedewald formula）计算所得低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol, LDL-C）水平与直接检测法测得的LDL-C水平的研究。本研究结果显示，在非空腹状态下，弗雷沃尔德公式倾向于低估直接检测法测得的LDL-C水平。
