Grapevine crown gall caused by Agrobacterium vitis is a serious chronic disease that can cause decreased production or grapevine death. Grape crown gall can be partially managed through varietal selections, cultural practices and suppressed to varying degrees in greenhouse experiments by biocontrol agents. Biocontrol agents include A. vitis strains ARK1, E26, VAR03-1 and F2/5.
