Pedret i Marzà Municipal Urban Planning Plan - August 2014

The Pedret i Marzà Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) is the cartographic instrument for urban planning in the municipality that directs the development of the municipal territory. The set of geographic information of the POUM of Pedret i Marzà consists of two cartography blocks: Information plans, Planning plans; all of them in PDF format. The planning areas of the municipality defined by the POUM plans are: general structure of the territory, undeveloped land planning, urban land planning, service network and mandatory suspension of licenses.
