Plot level plant data and ancillary parameters in Louisiana Universities Marine Consortium (LUMCON) area salt marshes from January 2016 to December 2018

Live and dead above-ground biomass, stem density, median stem height, and litter biomass, as well as below-ground biomass of Spartina alterniflora, were determined from 1-3 plots at three Louisiana salt marshes in 2016-2018. The sites were sampled monthly. Additional ancillary data on soil and water parameters such as soil and water temperature, redox potential, pH, organic matter content, dissolved concentrations of nitrate &nitrite, phosphate, and ammonium are included when available.2016—2018年，研究团队于路易斯安那州的3处盐沼生境中，在每个样点布设1至3个样方，测定了互花米草（Spartina alterniflora）的活体与枯死后的地上生物量、茎秆密度、茎高度中位数、枯落物生物量，以及地下生物量。所有样点均按月开展采样。此外，研究还收录了可获取的土壤与水环境辅助参数数据，包括土壤温度、水体温度、氧化还原电位、pH值、有机质含量，以及硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐、磷酸盐与铵态氮的溶解态浓度。
