Torrential dangerousness

The Dangerous torrential level, approved by Decision No 1307 of 4 September 2020, classifies the territory in hazard classes in relation to torrential phenomena, in accordance with Article 10(1)(a) of Provincial Law No 9 of 1 July 2011, on the basis of the criteria and methodology approved by Decision No 1306 of 4 September 2020. The hazard classification is codified in the CAP field (HR2 — low residual, HR3 — average residual, HR4 — high residual, HP — potential, H1 — negligible, H2 — low, H3 — average, H4 — high). The cartographic basis for contextualisation of the Charter of Dangerousness is the Provincial Technical Charter in force.经2020年9月4日第1307号决议批准的危险洪流等级，依据2011年7月1日第9号省法令第10条第1款(a)项之规定，结合2020年9月4日第1306号决议批准的评估准则与方法，针对洪流灾害现象对辖区开展危险等级划分。该危险分级体系已在CAP字段中完成标准化编码（HR2——低残留风险、HR3——中等残留风险、HR4——高残留风险、HP——潜在风险、H1——可忽略风险、H2——低风险、H3——中等风险、H4——高风险）。危险性宪章情境化应用的制图依据为现行省级技术规程。
