Consumption of news from podcasts in the U.S. 2021-2023, by ethnicity

A survey conducted in 2023 revealed that Asian adults were the most frequent users of podcasts as a news source in the United States, with 43 percent of respondents reporting that they used podcasts for news at least sometimes, almost double the share who said the same two years previously. White Americans were the least likely to get news via podcasts.
