Integration of the Russian exclave into the Baltic Sea region scientific space

The data present bibliometric findings on the integration of the Kaliningrad region of Russia in the Baltic region. Data is provided at the level of cities. Two basic indicators are used - publications in international collaboration and citations. Dimensions database is used for data sourcing. The research period is 2015-2019.
