NestBoot SCENIC+ benchmark: inputs and 50 real/null outputs

One record for the NestBoot SCENIC+ benchmark (scenicplus 1.0a2, commit 840dab85de3044846234c157e327b6ea0290abfb). Flat files are the rerun inputs: multiome MuData, TF names, direct and extended cistromes, the fixed region_to_gene table, the hg38 screen v10 cisTarget rankings database, and the runner. Zenodo file names use double underscores for directories. outputs_all.zip holds all 50 real and 50 null eRegulons.tsv and tf_to_gene.tsv tables, results_summary/, and a copy of the runner, with repository-relative paths. Unzip it and run python nestboot.py stats to rebuild the summary and McNemar tests without GRNBoost2. A fresh python nestboot.py run uses the input files. GRNBoost2 with the same seed can still differ at a different core count. This record does not include the SCENIC+ search space used to build region_to_gene, and it does not rebuild the MuData or cistromes from raw multiome.
