Dataset: Co-occurring Mutations in SARS-CoV-2 ORF10 Description This dataset contains co-mutation pairs identified in the ORF10 gene (positions 29558–29674, Wuhan-Hu-1 reference) across 9,356,279 SARS-CoV-2 genomes.
