Early diagnosis and treatment of colitis associated colorectal cancer using microRNA 133s (KAP230602)

Using the recently developed CRISPR/CPF1 technique, MIR133A1, B are knocked out in colon cancer-related cell lines and compared and analyzed through RNA-seq with control cell lines, Based on this, we conduct functional studies between target mRNAs of each MIR133A1 and B, provide the basis for making a knockout mouse for each MIR133s, and provide information for early diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of colorectal cancer.
