Transcriptome of a lentinan-loaded hydrogel with a core-shell structure

Here, we developed a lentinan-loaded hydrogel with a core-shell structure and the hydrogel was synthesized by adding a chitosan shell on the surface of the polyanion sodium algi-nate-calcium ion-lentinan (LNT) hydrogel (SL-gel) to form CSL-gel, the transcriptome were analysed after treated with SL-gel and CSL-gel.
