CRITERIA FOR STAFF SELECTION IN HOTEL ENTERPRISES AND THEIR ROLE IN ENSURING SERVICE QUALITY

This article provides a comprehensive scientific analysis of staff selection criteria in hotel enterprises and their impact on service quality, guest satisfaction, and organizational competitiveness.
