Comparative genomics - OrthoVenn2 cluster analysis results

Following a run on the OrthoVenn2 server (performed on July 3, 2020), the results of a comparison between the official proteins sets for Trichogramma brassicae (Ferguson et al 2020 pending) and Trichogramma pretiosum (Lindsay et al 2016).<br><br>Several results can be found:<br>- Entire cluster list (.txt file where each line is a cluster ID followed by protein IDs)<br>- Cluster lists for the T. brassicae unique clusters, T. pretiosum unique clusters, and the shared T. brassicae and T. pretiosum clusters (3 separate .txt files where each line is a cluster ID followed by protein ID)<br>- Cluster list for single-copy gene clusters between the two species, and singleton lists for both species (3 separate .txt files, same style as other cluster lists)<br>- GO term enrichment analysis for clusters between both species and for T. brassicae (no results for T. pretiosum alone) (2 .txt files, where first column is GO term ID, second column is number of clusters that ascribe to that GO term, and the third column is official definition of that GO term - can be followed up via other GO term databases)<br><br><br><br><br>
