DeepSeqDock Supporting Information: Datasets

Exploratory data analysis reports and csv files for datasets used for testing the DeepSeqDock system. Datasets are subsets of the ARCHS4 dataset (see Lachmann, A., Torre, D., Keenan, A.B. et al. Massive mining of publicly available RNA-seq data from human and mouse. Nat Commun 9, 1366 (2018). https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-018-03751-6; downloaded 11/24/2021). All metadata was mined from https://maayanlab.cloud/archs4/ (11/2021) or NCBI databases. ARCHS4 RNA-seq processing scripts and web server pages are published under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 DEED Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. Please see ARCS4 License for more details. As a subset of the ARCHS4 dataset, this dataset is published under the same license. Dataset are derived from the human_matrix_v10.h5 file, available to download from the Ma'ayan lab.
