Bacterial Gut Microbiome in Candida Colonized Mice

This is part of a project studying the colonization capacity and environmental sensitivities of three strains of clinically relevant Candida albicans. This study aims to understand Candida isolates that can colonize the murine GI without antibiotic treatment, and can therefore be used as tools for studying fungal commensalism.
