Schedules of despatches received from the Secretary of State, the Under Secretary of State, the Treasury, the Navy and Victualling Offices.The schedules generally record the number and date of the despatch, ship and date of arrival, from whom the despatch was received, and the subject together with any other relevant information. The schedules are less detailed for 1821-24, those for 1821-22 noting only the date and subject of the despatch and those for 1823-24 noting number, date, subject and enclosures. After 1837 the schedules are interfiled with the despatches. However they have been extracted from the 1901-14 bundles as the registers have not survived for this period. These schedules are far from complete but should be of some assistance in locating particular despatches. They record despatch number, date and subject. 1821-37, 20 Jun 1901-17 Apr 1914 (4/1404-05, 7/4117). 3 boxes.
