Gene expression profile of human bone marrow plasmacells

Immunoglobulin classes show differences in their glycosylation pattern. In this study, we aimed to find out if there are differences in the expression of glycosylation enzymes between IgA1 and IgA2 producing plasma cells. Overall design: Human plasma cells were isolated from bone marrow via FACS and anaylzed via scRNAseq.
