This dataset contains the perimeter prescribing the development of the PPRN, by prefectural order of 31/10/2003. These perimeters have the characteristic of being the consequence of an official act and of producing their effects from a defined date. These are: - prescribed perimeter contained in the order prescribing a PPR (natural or technological); - perimeter of study which corresponds to the envelope in which the hazards are studied.本数据集收录依据2003年10月31日省长令划定的PPRN发展边界。此类边界具备两项核心特征：其一由官方行政行为正式确立，其二自指定生效日期起正式产生效力。具体包含以下两类边界： - 规定PPR（自然或技术风险预防计划）的行政命令中所载明的法定划定边界； - 研究边界，即开展风险研究的空间覆盖范围。
