Imaging data used to study the relation between cell size and cell cycle progression in the shoot meristem of Arabidopsis thaliana (details in reference below, D'Ario et al. 2020). Folders contain confocal image stacks of meristems imaged every 2 h over a 46h time course, along with processed images (3D segmentation, cell tracking, detection of fluorescent signal for cell cycle markers) and data tables (cell volumes, location, nuclear signal in each cell and in tracked lineages). Image processing performed with custom Fiji macros and Python scripts as described (Serrano-Mislata, et al. 2015, Current Biology 25, 2991-2996; Serrano-Mislata et al., 2017, Nature Plants 3, 749-754).
