Genotypes of 217 Korean Indigenous Goats from Four Lineages (Dangjin, Tongyeong, Jangsu, GNU)

This dataset contains the SNP array genotypes for 217 Korean indigenous goats representing four lineages: Dangjin (n = 53), Tongyeong (n = 71), Jangsu (n = 66), and GNU (Gyeongsang National University; n = 27).<br>Samples for the Dangjin, Tongyeong, and Jangsu lineages were collected by the Animal Genetic Resources Research Center (Republic of Korea), and GNU samples were collected at Gyeongsang National University. All animals were genotyped using the Illumina GoatSNP50 BeadChip (59,727 markers). SNP genomic coordinates were mapped to the goat reference assembly ARS1.
