Spatial patterning of fibroblast TGFβ signaling underlies treatment resistance in rheumatoid arthritis - Xenium data (custom panel RA synovium)

Xenium spatial transcriptomics datasets for 1) RA synovial tissue biopsies for 17 patients pre- and post-treatment (5101 gene probes, 5k panel+), 2) RA synovial tissue biopsies for 4 patients (50 probes, custom panel), 3) 2D in vitro co-culture system of synovial fibroblasts and endothelial cells (50 probes, custom panel). This batch of data corresponds to: 2) custom panel RA synovium data. We also include here a password-protected copy of Olink proteomics results for a cohort of RA patients (pwd = fibroblast).
