Supplementary calculation tables for Canadian taxpayer transfers to animal-product value chains

This dataset contains the authors’ supplementary calculation tables for the manuscript “Transfers from Taxpayers to the Production and Consumption of Animal Products in Canada: A Preliminary Analysis.” The workbook provides the calculations underlying the manuscript’s estimates of taxpayer transfers to animal-product value chains in Canada, including calculations involving listed crop feed shares, other commodities, heterogeneous commodity aggregates, general services support, and transfers to consumers. The record is anonymized to preserve blind review and will be updated with author metadata upon acceptance.
