Data and code accompanying the manuscript "Three Courts, Three Doctrines: Institutional Channeling of Economic Violence Against Women in Colombian Apex Courts Jurisprudence (1992-2024)" (Pacheco-Ortiz, Escobar-Sierra & Rendon Zapata), under revision at Humanities and Social Sciences Communications (submission 9c47b88b-0dd9-4cc6-954d-e4b277f5dbd7). Includes document- and sentence-level metadata and classification variables for a canonical corpus of 453 apex-court decisions (269,531 sentences), the document-type and jurisdictional-scope audit of the 1,040 candidate documents, the economic-violence lexicon, the full analysis pipeline (13 Python scripts), and all statistical outputs, tables and figures reported in the manuscript.
