Convalescent plasma：Possible therapy for COVID-19

The recent Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19) epidemic is spreading all over the world. So far, no specific effective treatment has been developed for COVID-19 except for meticulous supportive care including critical care and organ support when necessary. Evidence shows that convalescent plasma from patients who have recovered from viral infections could be used as a treatment without the occurrence of severe adverse events when a specific treatment is not available. Hence, we provides an overview of convalescent plasma as a possible therapy for COVID-19.

当前2019冠状病毒病（COVID-19）疫情已在全球范围内蔓延。截至目前，除包含重症监护与必要时器官支持的精细化支持治疗外，尚未开发出针对COVID-19的特异性有效治疗手段。研究证据显示，在尚无特异性治疗方案时，病毒感染康复者的恢复期血浆（convalescent plasma）可作为治疗选择，且未出现严重不良事件。因此，本文概述了恢复期血浆作为COVID-19潜在治疗方案的相关内容。
