This dataset provides raw 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing data of intestinal microbiota from 18 Macrobrachium rosenbergii samples, corresponding to the metabolomic data of the same experiment. The samples were classified into three size classes (large, medium, small) for both males and females from a single family, consistent with the experimental design of the associated multi-omics study.Sequencing was performed on an Illumina platform, targeting the V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene with primers 341F/806R. The primary purpose of this data is to reveal the structural differences and species distribution characteristics of intestinal microbial communities in M. rosenbergii with different growth performances.After preliminary quality control, the data can be used for microbial ecology analysis (e.g., diversity assessment, dominant taxa identification) and cross-validation with metabolomic results, providing essential raw data for investigating the relationship between intestinal microbiota and growth traits of M. rosenbergii.
