本数据集由国家农业科学数据中心（渔业科学）建设。
该数据库提供了渔港数量、分布、功能与现状数据，数据库提供的主要数据信息包括：渔港设施（防波堤、码头、锚泊地、航标、通讯导航等）、陆上应建设相配套的设施（冷藏设施、水产品加工、修船补网、供水、电、油等设施）。

This dataset was developed by the National Agricultural Science Data Center (Fishery Science). This database provides data on the quantity, distribution, functions and current status of fishing ports. The main data items provided by the database include: fishing port facilities (breakwaters, wharves, anchorage areas, navigation aids, communication and navigation systems, etc.), and supporting onshore facilities to be constructed (cold storage facilities, aquatic product processing, ship repair and net mending, water, electricity and oil supply facilities, etc.).
