资源简介：
To study the transcriptome changes and metabolic pathways of rice seedlings under dark stress, we collected CD-treated rice seedlings for 0, 3, and 6 days, and lysed the samples with Trizol reagent at room temperature. Sequencing libraries were generated using NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit from Illumina (NEB, USA). Transcriptome analysis was performed using Illumina Novaseq 6000 by Novegene Co., Ltd (Beijing, China)
