Expression QTL analysis of Phytophthora root and stem rot on soybean

The goals of this study was to use a systems genetic approach to identify candidate genes and mechanisms of quantitative resistance to Phytophthora sojae in soybean. P. sojae is one of the leading causes of yield loss in the mid-western United States. To date no quantitative resistance genes have been cloned to date for this disease.
