This table is about court criminal cases registered with the Public Prosecutor’s Office (OM). The figures are broken down by type of crime, type of suspect, age of the suspect, 25 large municipalities and some characteristics of the municipality where the crime occurred. The data per municipality is presented for all years according to the municipal classification of 1 January 2011.The large municipalities were chosen on the basis of the big city policy (GSB).
The characteristics consist of the degree of urbanity and the size class of the municipalities, according to the situation in 2011.
The figures in the table are rounded to five.
Data available from 1994 to 2011.

The 2011 data is provisional. As this table has been discontinued, the data will no longer be definitive.
