Panel data OECD and BRICS power sector policy paper dataset - 1990-2019

This dataset contains the variables used in this power sector policy paper, expect CO2 emission intensity (IEA database) data due to IEA licensing agreement as the product was purchased from them. The dataset contains data on 34 OECD countries (while the analysis only included 34) and 5 BRICS countries, from 1990 - 2019. The power sector policy paper uses a time period from 2000-2018 (with some models running to 2019 using IEA estimates). The variables used in the analysis are: - CO2 emission intensity per KWh (Data not included due to copy right from IEA, 3 example data points included for refererence). - Emission trading system price, both national and with adjusted price by relative size for sub-national systems (Cross-referenced from several sources). - Feed-in tariffs for solar PV and wind (OECD.Stat database). - Public environmental R&D and patent data on climate change mitigation technologies related to (1) energy generation, transmission or distribution (OECD.Stat green growth database). - Industrial energy consumption (OECD.Stat database). - GDP per capita, Industry share of GDP, Residental electricity consumption (World bank indicators). - Installed renewable energy capacity (IRENA database).本数据集包含本次电力部门政策论文所使用的全部变量，但因国际能源署（International Energy Agency, IEA）授权许可限制（相关数据系从该机构采购所得），未纳入二氧化碳排放强度相关的国际能源署数据库数据。数据集涵盖1990年至2019年间34个经合组织（OECD）成员国（本次分析仅纳入全部34个成员国）以及5个金砖国家（BRICS）的相关数据。本次电力部门政策论文的分析时间跨度为2000年至2018年，部分模型借助国际能源署的估算数据将时间范围延伸至2019年。本分析所使用的变量如下： - 单位千瓦时二氧化碳排放强度：因国际能源署版权限制未纳入完整数据集，仅附带3个数据点作为参考示例。 - 碳排放交易体系价格：包含国家级交易体系价格，以及针对次国家级交易体系按相对规模调整后的价格（数据从多源交叉比对获取）。 - 太阳能光伏（solar PV）与风电上网电价补贴：数据来源于经合组织统计（OECD.Stat）数据库。 - 与能源发电、输电或配电相关的气候变化减缓技术领域的公共环境研发及专利数据：数据来源于经合组织绿色增长统计（OECD.Stat green growth）数据库。 - 工业能源消费量：数据来源于经合组织统计（OECD.Stat）数据库。 - 人均GDP、工业增加值占GDP比重、居民电力消费量：数据来源于世界银行（World Bank）统计指标体系。 - 可再生能源装机容量：数据来源于国际可再生能源署（IRENA）数据库。
