This dataset provides raw data files related to manuscript "Observing root growth and signalling responses to stress gradients and pathogens using the bi-directional dual flow RootChip" by Allen, C. et al.Data consists of images and video recorded using a ZEISS AX10 microscope, as well as corresponding data analysis and graphs. Files are organized in sub-folders inside <i>ZIP</i> files, with separate files representing individual experiment sets. Individual data files inside folders are compressed as <i>7z</i> archives.
