Genome-wide profiling of histone H3K9me3 of G1 or S phase U2OS cells without or with NFIB depletion. U2OS cells treated with control siRNAs or siRNAs against NFIB were synchronized at G1/S transition by double-thymidine block. These cells were released for 0 (G1 phase) or 4 h (S phase) respectively. About 100,000 cells were obtained for H3K9me3 CUT&Tag.
